The production of wiring harnesses is a multi-stage process that requires professional expertise from employees, including technical knowledge as well as knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards. Comprehensive training before starting work is of crucial importance, both for individuals and for the entire team.
We designed and implemented our training program within our operational system with the aim of providing our future colleagues with all the necessary information and knowledge for the smoothest possible start to their employment.
Before taking up a position in production, our newly hired employees attend a three-day theoretical training during which they are introduced to terminology, processes and work methods, rules and conditions, as well as the benefits of working at our company. After acquiring theoretical knowledge and successfully passing the exam, a four-month training period begins, during which new employees gain practical knowledge under the supervision of a mentor.
We launched our mentoring program in 2019, which today represents one of the most important methods for the fastest and most efficient integration of new colleagues into the working environment. Our mentors provide all necessary information, including basic details such as job descriptions, workplace orientation to ensure easier navigation, and assistance with issues that require a planned approach and concrete solutions. The complexity of mentoring is reflected in the fact that more than 2,500 people with different personalities and individual needs are employed in our facilities, each requiring a tailored approach.
We are very pleased that our company has opened a new, modern training center in Bečej, at Zoltan Čuka Street 3A. This has enabled us to provide an environment for high-quality and efficient training, the doors of which are open to everyone interested in our company, open positions, or those who simply wish to gain insight into the automotive industry and the production of wiring harnesses.
Our primary mission is the continuous improvement and development of training programs, as well as interpersonal relations, in order to achieve our shared goals—namely, increasing the satisfaction and commitment of our colleagues.
